About the Webinar
Every Project Manager knows that challenges with know how much work has been done on a project. This includes identifying and tracking milestones, project slippage and knowing whether the workload is realistic for the resources assigned. There is also the challenge of reporting this so that it is effectively communicated to all of your project stakeholders.
This webinar will help improve your ability to work with Timelines and visually presenting tasks. Additionally, you will learn about dashboards and reports that will allow you to display and share your project data visually.
